Once packages are dropped off with and accepted by USPS, we are no longer responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, damaged packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier. Any shipping concerns that occur during transit must be addressed directly with USPS.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Damaged Packages
